Dear Lovelies, Our darling Iris left yesterday for her frozen kingdom to the West, and our sweet Magnolia is stuck in a bureaucratic holding pattern at an undisclosed border town. As both of my chickens have officially flown the coop it seemed as good a time as any to start this ambitious project. The goal for this blog is to create a semi-public correspondence in the hopes that the pressure of a potential readership will help us more consistently stay in touch. Ideally, I am hoping that we will each be able to post something once a week. This could be a picture, sketch, a link to a song you like.. or if you have the gift of gab like myself you can put up long rambling posts about nothing. I can't wait to see what we create.
